This is Part One of a three-part series dedicated to education on the Quality Measures (1 Nursing CE pending). The participant will gain knowledge of the different Quality Measure Programs initiated by CMS and Pennsylvania, with a focus on the MDS based Quality Measures. The participant will also gain a basic knowledge of the triggering criteria, how do the Quality Measures impact the SNF and best practice for the Interdisciplinary Team management of the measures. The Nursing CE will be provided to the participant at the conclusion of the education once a survey is completed.
