A letter sent to Kathleen Sebelius, Secretary of the Dept. of Health and Human Services, by 31 Attorneys General from 30 states including Pennsylvania outlines their concerns to the way the current 5 Star system is administered. They go on to say that they are requesting a revision to the process and that it should be taken down until the revision is complete. Included in the signatures is that of Tom Corbett our very own Attorney General. Thanks Mr. Corbett for your dedication to true transparency in Long Term Care.
