Lutheran Social Services is seeking a Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator (RNAC) for the skilled care team at Gettysburg Lutheran Retirement Village. The RNACperforms assessments, develops the interdisciplinary care plan for residents, provides admission and diagnostic data, reviews medical records for ongoing skilled needs, and monitors Medicare termination date. Communication and documentation skills are essential. Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and possess a valid Registered Nurse PA license. A BS in Nursing and a minimum of two years experience in related positions are preferred. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm.
