As described in the Bulletin posted on June 30, 2010 regarding your facility’s February 1, 2010 Restated CMI Report, your Restated CMI Report for May 1, 2010 will be posted to your facility’s directory around July 21, 2010. The information used for this report was taken from your certified LARR report for the May 2010 Picture Date.
