Immaculate Mary Home is currently seeking an experienced RNAC to lead our team. As an RNAC, you will apply your skills in the coordination of the RAI process and timely completion of all MDS assessments. Preferred candidates should possess excellent communication and assessments skills, have previous management experience, knowledge of required documentation in the MDS 2.0, Medicare PPS and Pa. Case Mix systems, and have excellent organization, time management and flexibility skills. Also required is Utilization Review experience and computer literacy is a must. The successful candidate must be a licensed RN in Pa., preferably have a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, and have at least 3 years experience as an RNAC as well as AANAC certified, with at least 1 year experience as RN supervisor in LTC or acute care facility.
